Has St Paul’s Bay local council ever thought of sending a warden to spend a few minutes near the kiosk next to the Sirens’ pitch?
It is not the fact that so many drivers ignore completely the one-way traffic signs placed near the tower and others further down. Ignoring traffic signs is quite normal all over the island.
It is not only the aggressive way several drivers ignore the signs but also how they expect drivers coming from the opposite direction to reverse their vehicles and give them the right of way. Arguments between such drivers are quite common. If a warden is sent there, the council’s financial problems would soon be solved.
