BORG. On June 19, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMEN, of Qormi, residing in Rabat, aged 75, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Carmelo, her sons Lino, Jonathan and his wife Susan her grandchildren Ryan and Danica, her family and her husband’s family nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 9.30am for St Paul’s Collegiate church, Rabat, where a Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 10am followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors.
MIZZI. On June 18, at his residence, MARIO, (widower of Catherine) of Attard, aged 79, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Maria and her husband Charles Cini, Carmen and her husband Valerio Spiteri and Nathalie, his grandchildren Rachel, Laura, Sean, Rohanne and Katia, his brothers and sisters, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. PACE. On June 19 at his residence, JOHN, ex-Generation Manager, Enemalta, of Ħamrun, aged 69 years passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife May, his children Gabriela and her husband Kevin Abela, Jean-Claude and his wife Karen, his beloved grandchildren Adam, Damian, Nathan, Katya and Sara, his mother Josephine, his brothers and sisters Mary, Charles, Fr Michael, Anne, Fr Paul SJ, Albert, Victor and Arthur, his in-laws Josette and Glorianne, all their respective spouses, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be said tomorrow at St Cajetan parish church in Ħamrun at 9am followed by interment in the family vault at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Donations to Hospice Malta will be greatly appreciated.
SALOMONE. On June 18, CARMELA, known as Nené née Mizzi, widow of Calcedonio, passed away peacefully, at Karin Grech Hospital. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Henry and partner Valerie, Norma, Paul together with his wife Violet, her brothers Rev. Fr. Herman, Lucio, Godfrey, Joseph and Maurice, sisters-in-law, amongst other relatives and friends. The funeral will be held at the Sanctuary of St Therese of the Child Jesus, in Birkirkara, tomorrow, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9.15am followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
