Jim Hamill, an internationally recognised expert in the field of customer experience management (CEM), will be delivering a keynote session at an executive event that iMovo, the leading CEM company, is organising on June 25 at Le Meridien Hotel, St Julian’s.
The event is aimed at addressing the importance of customer experience management for companies to be successful in today’s hyper-competitive world by enhancing their interactions with customers.
