Ingredients
150g pork
40g green peppers
25g cucumber
20g chilli sauce
pinch of salt
10g sugar
5g soy sauce
2 tsps tomato sauce
2g ginger
5g curry powder
2 tsps vinegar
1.5 litres vegetable oil
50g cornflour
50g flour

Method

Cut the pork into small strips. Mix the cornflour and flour in a bowl. Coat the pork with the mixture.

Bring the oil to a boil in a wok and fry the pork for two minutes and remove.

Put a few drops of oil in a pan and fry the ginger and curry powder for 20 seconds.

Add the cucumber, green peppers, chilli sauce and the pork and then the salt and sugar.

Meanwhile, soak the flour and the cornflour in half a litre of water and leave for one hour. Use half a teacup of the soaked cornflour, add it to the soy sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar and pour the mixture into the pan.

Cook for two minutes, drizzle a few drops of oil and serve.

You may season the dish with sesame seeds.
