Serves 2

Ingredients
2 pieces chicken breast
200g spinach leaves
150g feta cheese
8 thinly sliced Parma ham
freshly ground pepper
fresh parsley, finely chopped
fresh basil, finely chopped

Method

Open the chicken breast butterfly style. Mix the spinach leaves, feta cheese, parsley, basil, and pepper in a bowl. Stuff the chicken breast with the mixture.

Wrap the chicken breast in four slices of Parma ham.

Cook in a hot oven of 180˚C for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked trough.
