Two Tunisians today pleaded not guilty to seriously injuring three Somali men in an argument in Birzebbuga on Wednesday night.

The argument broke out when the Somalis, Yaasin Isxaaq, Mahdi Ali and Abdi Abridon saw the Tunisians - Mahdi Warfilli, 23, and Mohamed Magdoub, 18, both from Birżebbuġa- allegedly break into cars.

The Tunisians, who pleaded not guilty to stealing from two cars, seriously injuring the three victims and damaging another four cars, were granted bail against a personal guarantee of €7,000 each.
