Popular and controversial singer Miley Cyrus has been photographed waving a Maltese flag thrown to her by a fan during a concert in Zurich on Saturday.

The concert was attended by Roxanne and Kirsty Bartolo who reported on facebook that they threw a Maltese flag and a packet of Twistees at the singer.

Miley then proceeded to wave the flag and the packet at the crowd.
