Students of French at St Martin’s College went on an educational trip in Nice on the Côte d’Azur. It included a week of cultural activities and French lessons at Azurlingua language school. The visit enabled the students to experience French culture first-hand and to practise their language skills in a real-life setting. Accompanied by French teachers Neal Sammut and Marianne Skinner, the students enjoyed excursions to the old town and a botanical park in Nice as well as places of interest in the surrounding area, including Cannes, the Greek villa in Beaulieu, the Picasso museum in Antibes and the oceanographic museum in Monaco.
