• How a gift voucher can be used is usually written in the terms and conditions of the voucher.

• Once a voucher expires, the seller is no longer obliged to accept it.

• Unless the gift voucher is personalised, losing it is just like losing cash.

• Once a voucher is purchased, the seller cannot impose new conditions on how it can be used.
