Taking on a more impactful look, the International Safety Training College (ISTC) launched a new brand identity in conjunction with a revamped website at www.istcollege.com.mt and the acquisition of a new aviation truck as an addition to the fleet.

By embarking on a comprehensive rebranding process, ISTC is now able to convey a clear picture of itself as a leading fire and safety training institution and service provider in the Mediterranean. In fact, the introduction of this revitalised brand identity coincides with a new chapter for ISTC as a JOIFF-approved training college.

Incorporating ISTC’s rebranding, the new website highlights the college’s services and products and is packed with customer-focused elements, providing quick and easy access to information regarding the accredited courses offered by ISTC, the college’s history, as well as detailed client and accreditation portfolios.

ISTC’s latest addition to its fleet will be the first truck to debut the college’s new look. The college has just introduced an aviation fire truck, also known as an airport crash tender, which is a specially-designed fire engine used in aircraft rescue and fire fighting.

Andy Gilravey, head of operations at the ISTC, said: “Our aim is to market the college internationally by launching a fresh look. This process has proven to be an exciting time for both its staff members and management. We believe that further movement into the digital sphere will provide ISTC with a solid foundation to take us to the next level, digitally and otherwise.”

Operating in Malta and Libya, ISTC currently runs two international training centres which provide consultancy and training to the highest professional standards in emergency response, disaster management, fire safety, health and safety and first aid and survival to various industries like the oil and gas sectors in the Mena region and beyond.

ISTC has secured a number of well-established accreditations and approvals from a variety of high-profile organisations, locally and internationally. This places the college among the top safety training colleges in Europe and beyond.
