Lifelong coffee lover Dom Dwight opted for milk from a herd of cows near Watford after travelling 13,000 miles in search of ingredients for the perfect cup.

He chose top quality Kenyan beans which were roasted on a French mountain top and infused with pure Arctic water for his quest on behalf of Taylors of Harrogate.

But the milk came from closer to home, from Shanti, one of a herd of 46 holy cows said to be the happiest in Britain, who are cared for by Hare Krishnas on a farm near the M1 bequeathed to them by Beatles legend George Harrison.
