Ingredients
10g pork
10g chicken
10g beef
5g onions
5g tomatoes, chopped into cubes
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
1 tsp vegetable oil

Method

Chop up the pork, chicken, beef and onions in small pieces and mix together. Pour oil over the mixture and set aside for 10 minutes.

Prepare the pastry (or dumpling mix) for the wonton (dumplings) and cut into 6cm by 6cm squares. Put a teaspoon of the mixed meat in the middle of each and fold like a parcel by joining the four corners together. A drop of water helps the pastry stick and stay together.

Boil one litre of water. Add salt, sugar and the wontons, then cook for three minutes.

Add the tomato cubes and the soup is ready to serve.
