The house of Pascal Jolivet from France’s Loire valley is renowned for its quality wines.

Since being set up 1982, Pascal Jolivet has acquired prominent plots within the Sancerre and Pouilly Fume sub-zones, enabling winemarker Valentina Buoso to produce quality wine with minimal intervention and chemical adjustments.

The philosophy behind the brand favours a natural way of winemaking. There are no chemicals used to clarify the wine, but only temperature control.

Young winemaker Buoso works with organic grapes and strives to preserve the individuality of each terroir.
