• Legally, consumers are entitled to claim a free remedy if the product purchased turns out to be defective or does not conform to the contract of sale.

• The law does not cover defects caused through misuse or normal wear and tear.

• Sellers are legally obliged to display the prices of the products offered for sale.

• Consumers cannot claim a refund of the difference in price if they find the product at a lower price from another seller.
