Ingredients
200g pork
50g green pepper
50g cucumber
20g chilli sauce
3g salt
20g sugar
5g soy sauce
5g onions
2g ginger
5g garlic
2 tsps vinegar
1 litre vegetable oil

Method

Chop the pork into small strips.

Put the salt, sugar and soy sauce with the pork and leave for 10 minutes. Boil the oil to 200°C and fry the pork for two minutes. Strain the pork out and let the oil drain. Remove the oil from the wok and then put the chilli sauce in the same wok with only a little oil. Add the cucumber, green pepper, ginger, soy sauce, onion and garlic, together with the vinegar.

Cook for one minute. Add the pork, cook for a further two minutes and serve.
