Follow all the action on timesofmalta.com tonight as Malta’s Eurovision hopefuls Firelight, led by Richard Edwards, battle for a place in Saturday’s Eurovision final.

Confirmed Eurovision-basher and award-winning blogger Ramona Depares will be blogging all the action – tongue placed firmly in cheek – live from 8.45pm.

Ramona’s MP3 player is full of obscure bands no-one is remotely interested in, making her the likeliest suspect to cover tonight's proceedings. After all, everyone knows that taking part in the kitschy contest is a one-way ticket to showbiz obscurity, unless you hail from Sweden and have a penchant for garish bellbottoms.

Will female Eurovision presenter Lise Rønne swoon at the sight of Richard Edwards’s abs? Will Malta make it to Saturday’s finals? And will Ramona finally realise that Firelight is not a new brand of matches?

Log on to timesofmalta.com at 8.45pm to find out. And don’t forget to chip in with your comments.
