Ingredients
150g chicken breast
100g mushrooms
5g soy sauce
2g salt
5g sugar
1 egg
20g cornflour
1 litre vegetable oil

Method

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and mix with the egg.

Chop the mushrooms into cubes.

Fry the chicken in oil at 200°C for two minutes, strain it and let the oil drip off completely.

Remove the oil from the wok and then cook the mushrooms.

Add the chicken with the soy sauce, salt, sugar and cook for two minutes. Pour in some soaked cornflour.

Serve hot, preferably with rice.
