Voters who will be abroad on polling day of the European elections, May 24, may make a declaration on oath before the Electoral Commissioners so that they can cast their vote on May 17.

This declaration should be made at the Office of the Electoral Commission, Evans Building, Merchants Street, Valletta, or at the Identity Cards Office, St Francis Square, Victoria, by not later than noon of May 16.

The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 2pm and from 3pm to 7pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 1pm.

Voters must take along their identity or residence card.
