Eleganza Gozo, a fashion show of wedding dresses and evening wear, organised by Carmelino Refalo, was held at the Grand Hotel, Mġarr. The 50 models on the runway showcased spring/summer 2014 collections by renowned brands like Wedding Bells, Pronovias, Cefai Formal Wear, Verve, Kenjo and Kyoto, BVR Boutique and D Elegance.

Bags and shoes were by Desigual, Ecco and Underground, while models wore jewellery by Vascas.

Colours ranged from soft and neutral tones to bright shades. Some designs featured a touch of lace, satin and beads.

The fashion show took the form of a walk-through, so the audience could take a closer look at each evening outfit.

Heidi Fenech of Salus Hair and Beauty Salon at The Duke shopping mall, Victoria, styled the models’ hair, while a natural look for make-up was used, focusing on pale touches of gold and pink.
