• We should gather information about the seller and how to contact him when necessary.

• We should always print a copy of our order and of the confirmation email we receive when we finalise the order.

• When we shop online we can change our mind, cancel the sale, and ask for our money back.

• Non-conforming online goods should be repaired or replaced, or if this is not possible, part or full refund may be requested.
