A storytelling event for children, called Legends from the Middle Ages, is being held as part of this year’s Medieval Mdina Festival.

The event offers children an opportunity to learn about what happened in Malta and in Europe during the Middle Ages by listening to interesting stories written exclusively for the event by Malcolm Galea.

While Galea will be reading stories, Joseph Zammit will encourage children to interact by acting parts of these stories.

The festival is being held on May 3 and 4. Legends from the Middle Ages, which is being organised by Infinitely Xara, takes place on both days at 10.30am. Stories are narrated in English and are suitable for children aged four and over.
