The right for good public administration should be enshrined in the Constitution, Ombudsman Joseph Said Pullicino said this morning.

Speaking during a courtesy call on President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca, Judge Said Pullicino emphasised that any Constitutional changes should be for service of the people and have the people as their focus.

President Coleiro Preca said that a wide consultation with the public should be held if Constitutional reforms were to be undertaken.
