ATTARD. On April 12, at Gozo General Hospital, ĠUŻEPPI of Għajnsielem (ex-Secretary, St Joseph Band Club, Għajnsielem), aged 85, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his brothers and sisters, Fr Tarċisju, rector of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, Sr Bernardette of the Augustinian Sisters of Għajnsielem, Loreta, Karmnu, widower of Marija, Ġorġ, Manuel and his wife Ersilia and Mawru, his nephews and nieces Sonia, Richard, Josef, Greg, Rodny, Joseph and Mario, his cousins, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Gozo General Hospital tomorrow at 3.15pm for De Chambrai Street from where a cortège proceeds to Għajnsielem parish church accompanied by St Joseph Band and the parish clergy. Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 4.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Għajn-sielem cemetery.
AZZOPARDI. On April 14, at Mater Dei Hospital, LOUIS, of Mosta, aged 74, (former MTA), widower of Agnes, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children, Josianne Lenicker and her children Petra and Hugh, Maria and her husband Joseph Casapinta and their children Michela and Luca, Adrian, his wife Iren, née Sciberras, and their son Michael, his sister Catherine, brother Joe, his in-laws and all their families. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorow at 8am for Mosta parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

He leaves to mourn his loss his children Anthony and his wife Frances, Frans and his wife Joan, Philip and his wife Josephine, Jessie and her husband Manwel, Carmen and her husband Charles, Joe and his wife Lilian, Raymond and his wife Marion, Paul and his wife Mariella and Marthese and her husband Charlie, his grandchildren, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.
