The Malta Medical Student Association (MMSA) recently organised a health feast at Tigné Point.

The event saw medical students raising awareness about epilepsy by reaching out to the public, and offering free health check-ups.

The health checks included Body Mass Index tests, blood glucose monitoring and the checking of blood pressure.

Children were entertained in a play area, designed by the students themselves, astheir parents underwent the checks.

The event was attended by Health Minister Konrad Mizzi, Parliamentary Secretary Chris Fearne and MEP candidates Helga Ellul and Jonathan Shaw.
