The waterproof colour system will be injected into all Koleston foams and kits to prevent colour washout.

Koleston’s waterproof colour technology works in two ways to optimise colour richness: it penetrates deep inside hair fibres, causing the hair to be less vulnerable to fading and washout and draws inspiration from the natural structure of the hair.

Observing the F-layer – the hair’s natural conditioner – Koleston has developed a way to mimic the wax-like form that ‘waterproofs’ uncoloured hair, to ensure protection and colour conservation on treated hair.
