CASALIGGI BALZAN. On April 5, at Casa De Cura Privata, Piacenza, TESSIE, née Balzan, of Msida, passed away peacefully, aged 78. Dearly missed and never forgotten by her husband Dante Casaliggi and family in Italy, her brothers Louis and his wife Claire, Alfred and his wife Mary and John and his wife Pat, her sister Mary and her husband Frank Rizzo, her nephews and nieces Jacqueline, Claude, Amadeo, Odette, Barbara, Fleur, Christopher, Anthony, Carl, Rita, Emilio, Kenneth, and Norbert, numerous other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 7.30am for St Joseph parish church, Msida, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

LEWIS. On April 10, at Mater Dei Hospital, ALBERT of St Julian’s, aged 80, the last Fleet Chief of the Malta Port Division, St Angelo – Royal Navy, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Anna, his son Noel, his daughter Josette, his grandchildren Mark, Lesley and Alexander, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 8.30am for St Julian’s parish church, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

SCIBERRAS. On April 11, PAULINE of Mosta, aged 77, passed away peacefully. She was deeply loved and will be most sadly missed by her sister Mary, her brothers, John Mary and his wife Alessia and Joseph and his wife Dorothy, her nephews and nieces, Marlene and her husband Kenneth, Audrey and her husband Joseph, Vince and his wife Christine, Michael and his wife Jeanette, Astrid and her husband David, Sandra and her husband Kenneth, Chantal, Jacqueline and her husband Rodney, Loredana and her husband Neville, Jonathan, great nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 7.30am for St Mary’s parish church, Mosta, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Mosta cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated.
