• A misleading trading practice misleads consumers either through false information or missing information.
• Aggressive commercial practices limit the consumer’s freedom of choice through harassment, coercion, including physical force, or undue influence.
• Unfair trading practices may be reported to the Office for Consumer Affairs at the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority.
