PKF is organising a conference in London to be hosted in conjunction with Oil Barrel Ltd, a British specialist firm in the oil and gas and maritime sectors. The conference will be held in London on May 7.

It will bring together stakeholders from around the globe to share their knowledge and experience on oil exploration possibilities. PKF will be inviting local stakeholders as well as officials from the Malta Resources Authority, Enemalta officials in the oil procurement division and experts from the Continental Shelf Directorate to participate and address the conference.

The central theme will be whether Malta can become a hub similar to Cyprus, Sicily, Tunisia and Morocco and reap dividends from production-sharing agreements if and when oil or gas is found in commercial quantities. Enquiries for sponsorship and participation should be directed to Kinga Warda at kwarda@pkfmalta.com.
