The Malta Cultural Institute is presenting its sixth concert this season on Sunday at Le Meridien St Julian’s at 7pm.

The evening will feature the Armonia Mediterranea Chamber Ensemble under the direction of Andre Paul Huber. The orchestra will be playing Sinfonia al Santo Sepolcro by Antonio Vivaldi, Concerto in A minor by Johann Sebastian Bach (solo violinist Stefan Calleja), Charconny by Henry Purcell, Two Swedish Folk Songs by J. V. Svendsen and Symphony 29 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

A joint painting exhibition will be presented by two young artists, Claire Farrugia and Denise Spiteri.

Entrance is free but a small donation at the door, to cover some of the expenses of the evening, may be made.
