Guinea's capital, Conakry, is getting a clean-up in the fight to contain an Ebola outbreak that's killed dozens.

Figures released today show there were 78 deaths among 122 suspected cases since January.

The Medecins Sans Frontieres charity says Guinea faces an outbreak of the disease on an unprecedented scale.

Ebola is one of the world's most lethal infectious diseases.

Cases of Ebola, previously limited to remote areas, were confirmed in Conakry last week.

There are also confirmed cases in neighbouring Liberia and suspected ones in Sierra Leone.
