Opposition leader Simon Busuttil said this evening that the Cabinet reshuffle showed how some people, including a minister (Godfrey Farrugia) could not work with the prime minister.

It showed that the prime minister was somebody who was difficult to work with, as it was only what he said which counted.

Dr Busuttil also observed that after having privatised Enemalta despite promises to the contrary, minister Konrad Mizzi now had health added to his portfolio. The Opposition, Dr Busuttil said, did not want the health sector to be privatised.
