Serves two

Ingredients
5g five spice
10g chilli (whole)
20g onions
20g ginger
2 tsps salt
2 tsps sugar
5 tbsps soy sauce
1 litre vegetable oil

Method

Boil the duck together with all the ingredients for 90 minutes. When cooked, chop the wings and legs and remove the bones.

Fry for five minutes, then slice the duck into small pieces. Serve hot with a salad or pancakes.
