A book entitled Malta’s Early Warning System during WWII by Major Tony Abela is to be launched at Dingli Cliffs on March 29.

The book is dedicated to all who served on Malta’s radar stations during World War II, including my late father. It also coincides with the operation of the first radar in Malta, which arrived in March 1939.

I am pleased to state that Major Abela says that I was one of the main people who encouraged him to write this book.
