Surrounded by a warm light and yellow as the key colour, Suiteblanco completes its spring campaign with a second batch of photographs put together under an evocative name: Tropico.

Supermodel Izabel Goulart seems funny and brilliant when interpreting the trends chosen by the Spanish brand for the next months: lingerie dresses, comfortable shorts, flowy tops and versatile garments.

Loyal to its usual tones, spring brings soft powder colours, creamy pink and sky blue.

Also, spring will anticipate touches of colour that will get attention as summer arrives and is represented by the introduction of intense yellow and by the recognition of black and white as the summer combination.

Flower prints are used in moderation, while stripes come back in a sporty version. The combination of denim is there to tone down the outfit or to give it a rebellious twist.

Even though the weight of the collection falls on simple cuts and forms that are perfect for comfort, Suiteblanco includes a few chic silhouettes, such as the high-rise trousers or special details such as embroideries or tulle.

Accessories go with the look, but they don’t take importance away from the garments. Braided necklaces, maxi beaded earrings and casual, multipurpose bracelets and bangles stand out.

Overall, the collection has discreet lines but with a touch of personality, standing out for being colourful and its ethnic roots.

Suiteblanco is locally represented by Arkadia Marketing Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of the Mizzi organisation. Suiteblanco stores can be found at The Plaza in Sliema and Arkadia in Victoria.
