Ingredients
1 egg
300g flour
2 tsps baking powder
2 tsps cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
300g chocolate chips
200g chopped walnuts
Method
Whisk the egg and add the baking soda. Fold the flour into the egg mix until smooth. Add the vanilla essence, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Scoop on a greased tray and bake for about 12 minutes in a hot oven at 180°C.
Leave to cool and enjoy.
