Maltese gaming company Bit8 has achieved outstanding success after its participation at the ICE Totally Gaming event. In London, the company, whose main investors are considered among the top in the industry, was nominated in the top category as Innovator of the Year at the IGA Awards.
Located in Ta’ Xbiex, Bit8 is made up of 40 employees hailing from all areas of the gaming industry, from the developing side as well as operators.
“At the recent ICE Totally Gaming event in London, we showcased our artificial intelligence-powered platform to the industry. We wanted to show how easy and user-friendly this system is and how rewarding it is to businesses that adopt it. To do this, we opted for a playful stand, whereby a small task on a screen resulted with giving the visitor an instant and gratifying cup of coffee. We had preplanned around 40 meetings, but after showcasing our product, we had to double our slots. So many companies, mostly operators, came to our stand to talk,” said Angelo Dalli, Bit8 CEO.
Since commencing operations in 2010, Bit8 has achieved a significant client base and five of the world’s top casinos are now using Bit8’s developed platform.
The platform that powers the operators who adopt it online adapts to the operator’s day-to-day activities, whereby through its advanced features, it maximises productivity.
“Our system is so efficient that it manages to reduce a four-hour task related to awarding bonuses to a 20-minute process while maximising player value by identi-fying, through pattern and behaviour analysis, the best way to give incentives to players to increase deposits,” added Mr Dalli.
Bit8 has recently closed deals with strategic partners to increase the game content available on the platform. This augments the competitiveness of the offering, predicated, for the most part, on the platform being the most intelligent, using a cutting-edge intelligent engine that adapts, learns, and optimises the operator’s day-to-day tasks across roles.
Bit8 is currently working on a new iteration of the platform, where more modules will be available to operators, thereby increasing the advantages for them to switch to Bit8.
