Waterbiscuit, the award-winning restaurant in St George’s Bay, St Julian’s, has recently launched a new à la carte menu.
Innovative starters include duck rillettes with pickled mushrooms, shallot jam and toasted brioche. Local pork belly and house pork sausage with smoked apple purée and Madeira jus has been introduced as a main course.
A dark chocolate crèmeux with hazelnut paste, mango gel and chocolate ice cream features among the new desserts.
Breakfast continues to be served daily with a creative menu that includes an array of options for the diet conscious. For those who wish to indulge themselves, the restaurant boasts a selection of six different types of Egg Benedict, the signature dish of Waterbiscuit, and a large selection of teas and coffees.
