Heavy rain forces a couple to seek shelter in the disused sentry boxes outside the Presidential Palace in Valletta on March 9. The sentry boxes are unmanned because the Armed Forces of Malta have ‘temporarily’ suspended the detailing of soldiers on guard duties outside the palace and the changing-of-the-guard ceremony.
