Ingredients
5 king prawns
½ tsp salt
One tsp sugar
Pinch of black pepper
2 tsps vegetable oil
½ tsp sesame oil

Method

Heat the oil in a wok (or pan) and fry the king prawns for two minutes.

Pour half a litre of water and bring to the boil. Let the prawns cook for two more minutes.
Add the salt and sugar and let the food simmer for two minutes, or until the water thickens.

Drizzle a few drops of sesame oil over the prawns before serving.
