The deal struck with China over the sale of a 33 per cent stake in Enemalta and the purchase of the Delimara power station was not privatisation, Prime Minister Joseph Muscat insisted this morning.

Asked by timesofmalta.com whether he still held that the corporation was not being privatised, the Prime Minister insisted he did pointing out that Enemalta would retain majority shareholding with the Chinese acting as strategic partners.
