The 22th edition of the Nadur Organised Carnival was held last Sunday in the village’s St Peter and St Paul Square, with several dancing competitions for adults and children, and the display of grotesque masks and floats. The programme ended with the traditional Kukkanja contest for children and grown-ups.

Tomorrow, there will be a spectacular exhibition of dance featuring dancers from the Notting Hill Carnival in London, who are special guests of Nadur local council.

The very popular Nadur Spontaneous Carnival, during which revellers make heavy use of satire, will continue each evening after sunset between today and Tuesday, in the square and in December 13th Street.
