In preparation for the expansion of its local chain of restaurants, McDonald’s Malta will be holding its annual employment days on March 29 at the Intercontinental Hotel, St Julian’s, and on April 5 at the ETC office in Victoria. The company needs about 225 new staff members, bringing the total number of people employed with McDonald’s Malta up to 775.

This year’s recruitment campaign revolves around the Mc It Happen theme, empowering local youths to make a difference while accomplishing personal and professional goals. This proactive approach reflects the company’s can-do attitude that is promoted in all levels of employment at McDonald’s.

“It’s time to make a change,” said McDonald’s Malta HR manager Shaun Vella. “We believe that by offering our employees flexible schedules and empowering our crew to take control of situations and make things happen, we are able to offer satisfying careers rather than simply jobs.”

Selected candidates will benefit from training programmes, regular crew activities, an open-door management policy, flexible working hours, competitive compensation as well as the opportunity to participate in several reward and incentive programmes.

Interested applicants are invited to attend interviews at the Intercontinental Hotel from 9am to 4.30pm and the ETC office in Gozo between 9am and 1pm.
