By the end of the third quarter of its financial year Crimsonwing reported revenue growth of 16 per cent to €15.56 million (end December 2012 – €13.42m).

The directors said in a company announcement that they expected the group’s second-half earnings performance to be broadly similar to the first half-year. The full year revenues are expected to be on target at above the €20 million threshold.

The company said it had entered into a strategic agreement with Megabyte Ltd, taking over its portfolio of clients operating on Microsoft-based enterprise solutions.
