• Masses at Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary will be said today at 6.15, 8.30, 10 and 11.15am and 5pm.

• The feast of the Conversion of St Paul will be celebrated today at Marsalforn church. Gozo bishop Mario Grech will celebrate Mass with the participation of Chorus Stella Maris at 11am. The procession with the statue of St Paul will leave the church at 4.30pm. The Victory Band of Xagħra and Santa Marija Band of Żebbuġ will take part. Tomorrow, feast of the Shipwreck of St Paul, Masses, including a homily, will be celebrated at 8, 9, 10 and 11am. At 5pm, the rosary will be recited, followed by a eucharistic benediction. A solemn High Mass, including a homily, will be celebrated at 6pm. The liturgy will be animated by the Stella Maris Choir and the orchestra will be directed by Mro Carmel Grech. The celebrations end with the solemn entry of the titular statue of St Paul back to its niche.

• Thor the Dark World will be screened at Don Bosco Oratory, Victoria, today at 5.30pm.

• The Lay Fraternity of Charles de Foucauld (Gozo) will hold its February prayer meeting on Thursday at 7.15pm at the Good Shepherd pastoral centre, Taċ-Ċawla, Victoria.

• To mark the feast of St Paul’s Shipwreck there will be a solemn Pontifical Mass tomorrow at 8.30am at Munxar parish church celebrated by Gozo bishop Mario Grech, who will deliver a message for the occasion. Other Masses at the church will be celebrated at 6, 7 and 11am, 1pm and 4pm. The church will remain open to visitors until 7pm.

• A carvery, accompanied by the Spectrum band, will be organised by the Gozo CCU Foundation on Friday at 7.30pm at the Cornucopia Hotel, Xagħra, to raise funds to refurbish the Resuscitation Room of the Gozo General Hospital’s Accident and Emergency Department. • The 43rd edition of the Premju Familja Qalb tad-Deheb, an award presented each year to a Gozitan family that has shown faith, courage and fortitude in the face of adversity, is being organised by the Gozo Diocese Family Institute. The award ceremony will be held on Saturday at 6.30pm at the Pope John Paul II Family Institute, Fortunato Mizzi Street, Victoria, under the auspices of President George Abela and Gozo bishop Mario Grech.

• Bethel Charismatic Group will hold a prayer meeting at MAS headquarters, Victoria, on Saturday at 7pm.

• The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will hold a prayer evening at Our Lady of Mount Carmel church, Ta’ Hamet, on Saturday at 8pm, followed by Mass at midnight.

• Victoria Scout Group will hold a lunch at its headquarters in St Domenica Street, Victoria, next Sunday at 12.30pm. • In preparation for the 175th anniversary of the titular statue of St George, Fr Richard Farrugia will lead an hour of liturgical prayer and catechesis entitled Is-Siegħa tal-Martri (The Hour of the Martyrs), drawing inspiration from the graceful statue, on February 22 and March 15 at 8pm.

• A nine-day tour of the Holy Land from February 28 to March 9, led by Mgr Joseph Farrugia, curator of Il-Ħaġar Museum in Victoria, is being organised by the museum. For bookings call 7905 8305.
