Serves two

Ingredients
20g garlic
30g onions, finely diced
one egg, beaten
20g bell peppers, finely diced
20g chopped parsley
10g table salt
250g crab meat, chopped
50g breadcrumbs
20ml olive oil
20g cayenne pepper

Method

In a small bowl, put together the garlic, onions, peppers and salt and crush them with a rolling pin.
Stir in the egg, crab meat, parsley and half the breadcrumbs. Add the lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper to taste.

Form the crab patties (you should make approximately eight) and pass them through the breadcrumbs.
Chill for one hour and pan-fry.

Place in the oven for five minutes at 180°C and serve.
