imovo, a local customer experience management company, has just announced a new partnership with Zendesk, a market leader in the customer service software arena.Zendesk is a provider of cloud-based help-desk and customer-service software. The company has more than 30,000 customers, including Adobe and Sony.

imovo said it sees this partnership as a natural step in their mission to be the thought leader for organisations that want to build profitable, long-term relationships with their customers.
