• When we purchase a package holiday, it should be as promised by the travel agency and as described in the promotional brochure.
• If a booked holiday is significantly changed prior to departure, we are entitled to cancel the booking and claim back any money paid.
• When a package holiday is changed after departure, we are entitled to suitable alternative arrangements and, where applicable, to compensation.
• When problems occur while we are on holiday, we should complain immediately and give the organiser a chance to put things right.
