Satariano Group is proud to be part of a number of turnkey solutions projects for bathrooms, flooring as well as mechanical and electrical contracting, plastering, carpentry and other works related to finish a building.

Mercury Tower was one of the largest contracts carried out last year by Satariano’s projects department. Satariano was contracted with all the internal finishes of both offices and common areas including wall plastering and painting, gypsum and steel soffits, raised access flooring, bathroom wall and floor tiling, parquet flooring, all marble and granite works, stainless steel structures and cladding.
Satariano’s projects department was also awarded with the turnkey solution for the refurbishment of the bathrooms in all the guestrooms and suites at the Radisson Blu Resort, St Julian’s. This project had to be completed within six months and works were coordinated and planned with the hotel management to ensure the least inconvenience to hotel guests.
At Tigne Point, Satariano was awarded complete finishes packages of the luxury apartments. Throughout this contract, the projects team also worked with individual owners to finish the apartments to their requirements. The projects team was responsible for preparing the drawings and designs for each client, always observing the highest quality and standards in both finishes and workmanship. Other recent jobs entrusted to Satariano include projects at Malta Hilton, Westin Dragonara, Golden Sands, Corinthia Group, Seabank Resort, Skyparks, Tas-Sellum, Plaza Shopping Complex, Smart City, McDonalds, Progress Press and the HSBC Operation Centre.
