Sixteen employees who completed the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) diploma course in management (Level 5) at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology’s Institute of Business and Commerce were recently presented with their certificates by Mcast principal and CEO Stephen Cachia during an awards ceremony.

The ILM is a leading training institution in Europe and Mcast has been offering the qualification since October 2008 to students already involved in middle management or seeking progression to this level of management.

Through the qualification, participants acquire the knowledge and skills base they need to perform effectively in management. The training programme deepens their exposure and experience in various aspects related to management studies and practice.

The course consists of 12 modules spread out over a period of two years of part-time study.
