• If we verbally confirm an order or sign an agreement, we cannot simply change our mind without facing consequences.

• We may be able to cancel an order if, before concluding the sale, we made a specific agreement with the seller.

• A cooling-off period applies when a contract of sale is concluded with a distance or doorstep seller.

• Consumers have the right to cancel a service if it is not being carried out as agreed or will not be delivered when agreed.
